PSI’s 2011 Quest for Excellence Convention in New Orleans

Quest 2011 Agenda

Please note the Quest 2011 Great Hall times in the convention agenda. The Great Hall will serve as the main hub of convention activity, outside of session times. The Great Hall will feature PSI’s partner and sponsor information booths, networking roundtables, live demonstrations, pet-sitter products, give-away items and more.

 Wednesday, February 9

 The Quest 2011 Registration Table will be open 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.  Please check-in during these times to receive your convention materials.

 Optional Workshops:

 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.   “Cat Behavior,”  Arden Moore

 Quest 2011 Kick-off:

 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Convention Welcome, Introductions and Convention Tips

 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  Welcome Cocktail Hour and Quest 2011 Great Hall open (This event will take place in the Great Hall and includes a one-hour complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres reception, 6pm-7pm)

 Thursday, February 10

 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.  Quest 2011 Great Hall open.  Lunch on own.

 1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. FREE BONUS SESSION: “Creating a Facebook Fan Page for your Business,” Beth Stultz, PSI

 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.  “Incorporating Training into Your Pet-Care Services,” Debbie Martin, BS,RVT, CPDT, KPA CTP
